Overview
A Johto-themed reskin of Nintendo's superb Panel de Pon / Tetris Attack puzzle game. Clear blocks by swapping them into matching rows and columns, chaining combos to bury your opponent.
It's fast, tense and endlessly replayable, a hidden gem in the Game Boy Color library.
Tips
- Set up 'chains' before you clear them, delayed combos do far more damage than single matches.
- Learn to raise the stack manually to buy yourself setup time.
- The Gen 2 Gym Leaders appear as puzzle opponents with escalating difficulty.
